Lifetime Warranty Policy

Rare Ever provides a Lifetime Warranty on our plating. If your jewellery ever fades or discolours, we’ll replace it once, free of charge, for the lifetime of the piece.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:

• Accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen items
• Scratches from daily use
• Improper storage
• Stone Loss
• Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than Rare Ever

We also reserve the right to deny exchanges or replacements if the fading is not easily perceptible to the eye.
